Since its opening, Al-Bustan Mall has played a pivotal role in investment, import, and the trade and maintenance of electronic devices, making it the ideal choice for investors due to its qualified space, prime location, and high number of visitors throughout the day. It ensures easy access for investors and a wide range of products and variety for consumers.
In 1990, keeping pace with the investment movement in Egypt at that time, Al-Bustan Mall was inaugurated as a commercial center that brought together many different commercial activities within its walls. It remained this way until the beginning of the new millennium, becoming the main destination for all technology and electronics enthusiasts. It transformed from a commercial edifice into a major landmark of Cairo, particularly in the downtown area.
In July 2021, the management of Al-Bustan Mall and its garage was taken over by the Abbasy Group through its administrative structure, represented by Mustafa Al-Abbasy as Chairman, Engineer Jamal Suleiman as the Director of Al-Bustan Mall, Mohamed Al-Abbasy as Deputy Chairman, Mahmoud Hassan as Executive Director, and Mohamed Abdullah as Financial Director, marking the beginning of a new development journey.
The comprehensive development process witnessed by Al-Bustan Mall spanned various aspects, including the enhancement and tightening of security systems, making the mall fully monitored by the latest surveillance cameras. The air conditioning capacity was doubled, and the status of all companies and commercial establishments within the mall and garage was organized.

From the very beginning, we at Abbasy Group recognized that Al-Bustan Mall is not merely a building housing the most important agents and distributors of various electronic devices in Egypt, but a commercial attraction and an institution playing a crucial pivotal role in investment, especially in the field of electronics.
Therefore, our vision was to develop this giant commercial edifice and undertake the largest comprehensive development process in 30 years to meet all the needs of our partners, including investors, traders, and visitors, ensuring their experience in the mall is more comfortable and secure.
